“ We stopped in here after a family field trip to Chatsworth. The servers were nice, and very friendly. The food came out quickly. Love their sauces, and the brisket! We have been here once before, and if we are in the neighborhood probably will again. There was plenty of free parking, handicap accessible. It was also a children’s menu. ”
“ Thatcher’s BBQ in Calhoun is great, and I come from Texas so I know BBQ! Friendly server with good recommendations on the food and sides. I got the regular Man of Smoke sandwich which was plenty! The potato salad was tasty and I had to get some banana pudding for later, also excellent. I’ll be back when in town!! ”
“ Just had an incredible double bacon cheeseburger at Thatcher’s—juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. Great food, great staff, and a comfortable, welcoming spot. One small suggestion: consider switching from vegetable oil to beef tallow. It’s not only more traditional and better for high-heat cooking, but also a much healthier option. Could take your already amazing food to the next level. I’ll definitely be back! ”
“ I came here with a group of about 17 people (call ahead if you have a big group). Even then the service was extremely quick and attentive and the staff were very very friendly. Their sauces are genuinely so delicious and they are available at the table making it very convenient. I ordered the smoked brisket, coleslaw, mac & cheese, toast & tater tots, and it came out to be 21.40. The food was amazing, the mac and cheese specifically was to die for. The brisket was juicy and tender and paired amazing with the sauce. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the coleslaw because the cabbage pieces were too tiny for my personal preference, decent flavor though. ”
“ Delicious! Server was great. Waited about 15mins for a table. The brisket unfortunately tasted like roast beef, the Mac and cheese was gritty. That being said everything else ordered was superb! Highly recommend ”

“ Truly the best Bar-B-Que my family and I have had in a long time. I ordered the "Chopped, Sliced and Cut Combo" which included the pulled pork, brisket, and ribs so I was able to try all three meats. Firstly, the brisket was lean and smoked to perfection! The pulled pork was some of the best! Lastly, the ribs (ordered wet), were fall off the bone tender and were the best knife and fork ribs I have had in years! To round out a great dinner, the sides were plentiful and cooked like my grandma made. Also, be ready for a very high level of customer service from the very friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a great dinner! ”
“ Great food and bbq ! Service is good but a little slow at times. They tend to run out of tea each time we’re there lol. There are lots of choices for sides and love the sauces being on the table. Food is always plentiful so you shouldn’t leave hungry!! Nice place, nice people. Great lunch and dinner options with large menu full of tasty choices!! Cole slaw, baked beans, Brunswick stew, onion rings, potato salad, pulled pork, hamburger steak, fried pickles, and banana pudding all were good. ”
